摘　　要：高速高分辨率数据采集系统具有高分析带宽、高采样速率、高分析精度等特点,可以作为数据采集与信号分析设备,实现高速瞬态信号的快速捕获与精确分析,广泛应用于国防电子、工业电子、汽车电子及医疗电子等领域。该文介绍了高速高分辨率数据采集系统的总体方案设计以及关键技术的实现。The high-speed and high-resolution data acquisition system has the characteristics of high analysis bandwidth, high sampling rate and high analysis accuracy, It can be used as data acquisition and signal analysis equipment to realize fast acquisition and accurate analysis of high-speed transient signals, It widely used in national defense electronics, industrial electronics, automotive electronics, medical electronics and other fields. This paper introduces the overal scheme design and key technology implementation of high-speed and high-resolution data acquisition system.
