益肾化湿颗粒辅助氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对血清UA、Cys C和TAFI水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾化湿颗粒辅助氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的效果及对血清尿酸(UA)、胱抑素C(Cys C)和凝血酶激活纤溶抑制物(TAFI)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月佳木斯市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的106例CGN患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组53例。对照组采用氯沙坦钾治疗,观察组采用益肾化湿颗粒+氯沙坦钾治疗。比较两组疗效、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血清UA、Cys C、TAFI、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为88.68%,高于对照组的69.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Scr、BUN、UA、Cys C、TAFI、IL-1、IL-17、TNF-α均低于治疗前,GFR均高于治疗前,且观察组Scr、BUN、UA、Cys C、TAFI、IL-1、IL-17、TNF-α均低于对照组,观察组GFR高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.55%,低于对照组的9.43%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾化湿颗粒辅助氯沙坦钾治疗CGN能提高效果,改善肾功能,降低血清UA、Cys C和TAFI水平,抑制机体炎症反应,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishen Huashi Granules combined with Losartan Potassium in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)and its influence on the levels of serum uric acid(UA),Cystatin C(Cys C)and thrombin activated fibrinolytic inhibitor(TAFI).Method:A total of 106 patients with CGN treated in Jiamusi Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Losartan Potassium,the observation group was treated with Yishen Huashi Granule+Losartan Potassium.Efficacy,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),serum UA,Cys C,TAFI,interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.68%,which was higher than 69.81%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Scr,BUN,UA,Cys C,TAFI,IL-1,IL-17 and TNF-αof both groups were lower than those before treatment,GFR of both groups were higher than those before treatment,Scr,BUN,UA,Cys C,TAFI,IL-1,IL-17 and TNF-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group,GFR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.55%,which was lower than 9.43%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huashi Granules combined with Losartan Potassium in the treatment of CGN can improve the curative effect,improve renal function,reduce the levels of serum UA,Cys C and TAFI,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,will not increase adverse reactions.
