髓内针固定治疗股骨干骨折的效果及对骨代谢状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究髓内针固定方式治疗股骨干骨折的效果及对骨代谢状态的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年4月抚州第五医院诊治的80例股骨干骨折患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受传统髓内针治疗,研究组接受交锁髓内针治疗。比较两组的临床指标、膝关节恢复情况、患者治疗满意度及骨代谢指标。结果:研究组的手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的膝关节恢复优良率(95.0%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,研究组的骨形成指标均高于对照组、骨吸收指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨干骨折中应用交锁髓内针治疗,临床效果显著,有助于患者骨代谢能力的快速恢复,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of intramedullary pin fixation on femoral shaft fracture and its effect on bone metabolism status.Method:A total of 80 patients with femoral shaft fracture treated in the Fifth Hospital of Fuzhou City from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional intramedullary pin,and the study group was treated with interlocking intramedullary pin.The clinical indexes,knee joint recovery,treatment satisfaction of patients and bone metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The operative time,hospital stay and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee recovery in the study group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group(97.5%)was higher than that in the control group(82.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the bone formation indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and bone resorption indexes were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary pin in femoral shaft fracture has significant clinical effect,which is helpful to the rapid recovery of bone metabolism,and is worth popularizing.
