精梳机锡林转速与棉纤维断裂强度的理论模型研究

摘  要:为了提高精梳机锡林梳理棉纤维的质量,对精梳机梳理纤维过程进行分析,建立单纤维平均梳理力模型;通过非线性回归分析方法快速近似得到最大梳理力,确定合理的安全系数,得到锡林转速与棉纤维断裂强度的理论模型。实验结果表明:锡林转速与最大梳理力的关系可以用非线性回归模型描述;锡林平均梳理力和最大梳理力的变化与梳理后纤维短绒率和梳断纤维比例关联明显,锡林转速提高,平均梳理力和最大梳理力逐步增加,在一定的转速区间内纤维被梳断的比例提高;由于实际生产条件中各种因素的影响,实验未达到使纤维断裂的最大梳理力,需待实验条件完善后开展测试。In order to improve the quality of carding cotton fiber with cylinder in the comber,the process of combing fiber with cylinder is analyzed,and the model of average combing force of single fiber is established.The maximum combing force is quickly approximated by nonlinear regression analysis method,the reasonable safety factor is determined,and the theoretical model of cylinder speed and cotton fiber breaking strength is obtained.The experimental results show that the relationship between cylinder speed and maximum combing force can be described by nonlinear regression model.The changes of average combing force and maximum combing force are significantly related to short fiber content and the ratio of broken fiber after combing.With the increase of cylinder speed,the average combing force and maximum combing force gradually increase,and the ratio of broken fiber increases within a certain rotational speed range.Due to the influence of various factors in the actual production conditions,the experiment did not reach the maximum combing force to make the fiber break,and the test should be carried out after the experimental conditions are perfected.
