摘  要:为了提高VCRO型自动络筒机络细号粘胶纱的捻接质量和效率,基于JOINTAIR 798Q型空气捻接器,以VCRO-E型自动络筒机络集聚赛络纺9.7 tex粘胶纱为研究对象,利用正交实验法和单因子试验法对退捻时间、搭接长度、加捻时间和捻接气压4个因素进行分析,得出其最佳捻接参数并试验对比优化结果。结果表明:集聚赛络纺9.7 tex粘胶纱的最佳捻接工艺参数退捻时间为4档、搭接长度为9档、加捻时间为1档、捻接气压为0.55 MPa;应用最佳工艺参数后,纱线的捻接强力达137 cN,强力CV值为11.20%,较优化前明显改善,且捻接处外观均匀光滑。In order to improve the splicing quality and efficiency of the automatic winding machine VCRO winding fine viscose yarn,based on the air splicer JOINTAIR 798Q,taking compact siro spinning 9.7 tex viscose yarn winded by the automatic winding machine VCRO-E as the research object,the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment are used to analyze the four factors of untwisting time,lap length,twisting time and splicing pressure,and the optimal twisting parameters are obtained and the optimized results are compared.The results show that the optimal twisting parameters of compact siro spinning 9.7 tex viscose yarn are as follows:the untwisting time is the fourth grade,the lap length is the ninth grade,the twisting time is the first grade and the twisting pressure is 0.55 MPa.After the optimum process parameters are applied,the twisting strength of yarns reaches 137 cN,the strength CV value is 11.20%,which are significantly improved compared with that before optimization,and the appearance of the twisting is uniform and smooth.
