摘　　要：为了改善导纱板安装和调整时依赖人工、装拆和检修不便等不足,在分析导纱板结构演变与特点的基础上,设计研发夹持式导纱板;对比分析其结构、优势。指出:夹持式导纱板增设第二铰接座,用于安装双联扭簧及夹板;不影响其他翻转支杆座等相关零件的生产及安装工艺,防止偶然磕碰造成导纱板(组合)移位问题;调整“四同心”时,操作更加简便,且无需使用工具,可有效避免飞花等的影响,减少打擦板的次数,提升工作效率;实现徒手安装和调整导纱板的左右、前后位置,提高导纱板装拆和调整效率。In order to improve the problems of relying on manual installation and adjustment and inconvenient assembly and maintenance of yarn guide,the clamping yarn guide is designed and developed based on the analysis of the structure evolution and characteristics of the yarn guide,and its structural advantages is compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the yarn guide is equipped with a second articulated seat,which is used to install double torsion springs and splints.The yarn guide does not affect the production and installation process of other flip rod seats and related parts,to prevent the yarn guide(combination)displacement caused by accidental bump.When we are adjusting the“four concentric”,the operation is more simple without the use of tools,which can effectively avoid the influence of flying,reduce the number of hitting and grazing plate yarn guide,and improve working efficiency.It can realize the install and adjust of the left and right,front and back positions of the yarn guide by hand,and improve the efficiency of assembling and disassembling and adjusting the yarn guide.
