摘  要:为了降低成本、高速选纬、保证织物质量,改进现有无梭织机选纬器的缺陷,设计出采用电磁式选纬结构、通过线圈充放电实现选纬指动作的电磁式选纬器;详细分析其机械结构、驱动系统设计及软件系统;探讨传感器安装测试及效果分析。指出:该选纬器采用霍尔传感器测量磁力以确定动作角度,采用单片机实现多路选纬指控制,采用先进控制算法提升控制精度;电磁式选纬器结构简单、选纬功能强且精准、成本低,其驱动系统具备角度自学习、宽电压输入和电源防接反保护功能,可实现更好的选纬效果与更多的选纬数量。In order to reduce the cost,select the weft at high speed,ensure the quality of the fabric,the defects of the weft selector for existing shuttleless loom are improved,an electromagnetic weft selector is designed,which adopts the electromagnetic weft selection structure and realizes the action of the weft selection finger through the charging and discharging of the coil.Its mechanical structure,drive system design and software system are analyzed in detail;sensor installation test and effect analysis are discussed.It is pointed out that the weft selector adopts the Hall sensor to measure the magnetic force to determine the action angle,adopts the single-chip microcomputer to realize the multi-channel weft selection finger control,and adopts the advanced control algorithm to improve the control accuracy.The electromagnetic weft selector has the advantages of simple structure,strong and accurate weft selection function and low cost.Its drive system has the functions of angle self-learning,wide voltage input and power supply anti-reverse protection,so that better weft selection effect and more weft selection quantity can be achieved.
