摘　　要：为了解决梳棉机前后罩板状态影响盖板花量及生条质量的问题,详述梳棉机前后短轨及前后罩板的安装方法、检修更换前后罩板的要领以及注意事项。指出:正确安装前后短轨及前后罩板,确保其与锡林针面间隔距的准确性,及时维修或更换不合格罩板,控制好前罩板与道夫大罩壳的隔距、刺辊罩壳与后罩板的隔距,有利于梳棉生条质量和设备状态良好;梳棉机前后罩板处加装固定盖板以及棉网清洁器需要根据所纺原料确定。In order to solve the problem that the state of front and rear cover guard of card affects flat strips quantity and card sliver quality,the installation method of front and rear short rails and front and rear cover guard of card,the essentials of overhaul and replacement of front and rear cover guard and the matters needing attention are described in detail.It is pointed out that proper installation of front and rear short rails and front and rear cover guard,ensuring the accuracy of the gauge between them and cylinder needle surface,timely maintenance or replacement of unqualified cover guard,good control of the gauge between front cover gurad and doffer large cover shell,and the gauge between licker-in cover shell and rear cover guard are beneficial to the quality of carding sliver and good equipment condition.Stationary flat and cotton net cleaners should be installed at the front and rear cover guard of card according to the spinning materials.
