免加油并条胶辊在FA315型并条机上的应用

摘　　要：为了解决并条胶辊绕花问题、提高并条开车状态,通过对比普通胶辊和免加油胶辊在FA315型并条机上的使用状态,提出免加油并条胶辊硬度选择方案、清洁装置的技改措施及使用保养注意事项。指出:免加油并条胶辊无需每天加油,其12 cm机械波占比不足5%,不易磨损且无油污溢出问题,纱疵明显降低;应选择合适的硬度,正确使用保养,才能提高生产效率和成纱质量。In order to solve the problem of entangling of drawing cots and improve the running state of drawing frame,the hardness selection scheme of oil-free drawing cots,technical modification measures of cleaning device and matters needing attention in operation and maintenance are proposed by comparing the use state of ordinary cots and oil-free cots in FA315 drawing frame.It is pointed out that the oil-free drawing cots need not to be oiled every day;the ratio of 12 cm mechanical wave is less than 5%;it is not easy to wear,and there is no oil spill problem;yarn defects are reduced obviously.We should choose appropriate hardness,use and maintenance oil-free drawing cots correctly to improve production efficiency and yarn quality.
