浅析自动化连续化棉纺设备的特点和应用

摘　　要：为了解决招工难、留人难、设备配置及人员结构不良等制约纺织企业高质量发展的问题,介绍原棉异纤机、清梳联、粗细联、细络联设备包括细纱机长车、细纱自动落纱、细纱单锭智能检测以及自动络筒机的原理、优点与特点;从适纺性、智能制造技术、细纱自动接头技术以及机电气一体化等方面探讨棉纺设备的发展方向;分析不同工序联接的合理性,提出自动化设备提高运行效率的维护保养要求。指出:应用自动化、连续化、智能化设备是棉纺织企业转型升级的重要途径,有利于减少用工、降低工人劳动强度、改善生产环境,节能环保,进一步提高产品的产质量;不同工序联接时要结合生产实际,合理确定工艺技术路线;提高设备运行效率的前提是合理制定设备维护与保养制度。In order to solve the problem restricting the high quality development of textile enterprise such as hard recruitment and retention,poor equipment configuration and the personnel structure,the principle,advantages and features of raw cotton foreign fiber removal machine,blowing-carding unit,roving-spinning unit,spinning-winding unit including long spinning frame,spinning automatic doffing and single spindle detection for spinning,and automatic winding machine are introduced.The development direction of cotton spinning equipment is discussed from the aspects of suitable spinning ability,intelligent manufacturing technology,automatic spinning joint technology and electromechanical and gas integration.The rationality of the connection of different processes is analyzed and the maintenance requirements for improving the operation efficiency of automatic equipment are put forward.It is pointed out that the application of automatic,continuous and intelligent equipment is an important way for cotton textile enterprises to transform and upgrade,which is conducive to reducing labor,reducing labor intensity,improving production environment,energy saving and environmental protection,and further improving product quality.When we are connecting different working procedures,the technical route should be reasonably determined according to the actual production.The premise of improving the efficiency of equipment operation is to establish equipment maintenance system reasonably.
