摘　　要：为了解决舒弹丝弹性短纤维纯纺9.8 tex环锭纱的难题,介绍其原料性能及工艺流程,对开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序的工艺参数和纺纱器材进行优化和试纺对比。指出:纺好舒弹丝纤维,需对原料进行预处理并控制好车间温湿度,缩短开清棉工艺流程,梳棉采用较慢的分梳速度减少纤维损伤;舒弹丝纤维回潮率小、易缠绕胶辊和罗拉,细纱相对湿度应控制为60%~65%,加强值车工巡回并及时清理风箱花,防止细纱断头造成胶辊绕花;络筒参数适当收严,发现异常立即追查,确保批量生产。In order to solve the problem of spinging 9.8 tex ring spinning yarn with Shutansi elastic short fiber,the raw material properties and the process are introduced,the process parameters and spinning accessories of opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding are optimized and contrasted after many tests.It is pointed out that we should pretreat raw materials and control the temperature and humidity in the workshop,shorten the process of opening and cleaning,and adopt a slower carding speed to reduce fiber damage to spin Shutansi well.The moisture regain of Shutansi is small,and Shutansi is easy to wind cots and rollers.The relative humidity of the spinning yarn should be controlled at 60%~65%,operator circuit should be strengthened,and the bellows should be cleaned in time to prevent the spinning yarn from being broken and the cots from being wound.The winding parameters should be tightened properly,and any abnormality should be traced immediately to ensure mass production.
