摘　　要：为了提高Outlast粘胶纤维/草珊瑚(薰衣草)纤维/长绒棉混纺赛络集聚纺针织纱的成纱质量,介绍Outlast粘胶纤维、草珊瑚纤维、薰衣草纤维和长绒棉纤维的性能,根据纤维性能制定工艺流程及混纺方案。通过分析其开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒各工序的主要工艺要点,指出:纺Outlast粘胶纤维/草珊瑚(薰衣草)纤维/长绒棉混纺赛络集聚纺针织纱,应根据纤维的不同特点,优化各工序主要工艺参数,在开清棉和梳棉工序尽量减少纤维损伤,在精梳工序重点控制棉结和落棉率,在粗纱工序保证条干均匀度,在并条工序采用3道并条保证混纺比,在细纱工序注重钢领、钢丝圈选配和提高细纱条干均匀度,在络筒工序采取“低速度、小张力”工艺原则;该混纺赛络集聚纺针织面料透气性好、吸湿性好,抗菌环保,可根据皮肤表层温度变化进行温度调节。In order to improve the yarn quality of siro-commpact spinning knitting yarn blended with Outlast viscose/grass coral(lavender)/long-staple cotton,the properties of Outlast viscose fiber,grass coral fiber,lavender fiber and long-staple cotton are introduced,and the process and blend scheme are formulated according to the fiber properties.Through analyzing the main process points of each process of blowing,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding,it is pointed out that when we are spinning siro-commpact spinning knitting yarn blended with Outlast viscose/grass coral(lavender)/long-staple cotton according to different characteristics of fiber,we should optimize the main process parameters in each process,as far as possible to reduce fiber damage in the blowing and carding processes,focus on controlling neps and waste percentage in the combing process,ensure evenness in the roving process,use three draw frames in the drawing process to ensure the blending ratio,and pay attention to the selection of the ring and traveler and the improvement of the evenness of the spun yarn in the spinning process,and adopt the principle of“low speed and small tension”in the winding process;the blended siro-compact spining knitting fabric has the advantages such as good air permeability,good moisture absorption,antibacterial and environmental protection,and the temperature can be adjusted according to the change of skin surface temperature.
