摘　　要：为了解决条干仪用粗纱架测试棉条绒卷时装卸不便、测试效率低的问题,设计一种通过纱筒组合装置和吊锭配合的、可方便装卸绒卷的条干仪纱架。介绍该绒卷纱架测试工作原理及变异系数CV值、不匀率U值的计算方法,通过对比3种纱条在2种纱架上的不匀率曲线和测试数据,表明新纱架更换绒卷便捷,耗时短,测试效率高,纱线断裂概率减小。In order to solve the problems of inconvenient loading and unloading and low testing efficiency when evenness tester creel for roving frame is used to test cotton lap,an evenness tester creel is designed which can coordinated with suspended spindle through combination device of yarn barrel and easily load and unload cotton lap.The test principle of cotton lap creel and the calculation method of coefficient of variation CV value and unevenness U value are introduced.By comparing the unevenness curves and test data of three kinds of yarns on two kinds of creel,it shows that the new creel is convenient to replace the cotton lap,which takes less time,has high test efficiency and reduces the yarn breakage probability.
