摘 要:超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high performance concrete,简称UHPC),是一种具有超高强度、极低的孔隙率和优异的耐久性的结构材料,具有广阔的应用前景.首先对10根UHPC加固柱进行了轴压性能分析,主要研究了被加固柱混凝土强度、加固方式对加固效果的影响.6根柱的极限荷载模拟值与试验值吻合较好.在加固层厚度相同的情况下,加固柱承载力随被加固柱混凝土强度提高而提高;加固面积相同的情况下,圆形截面与方形截面承载力差异不大;承载力随着加固层厚度的增加而增加,加固层厚度为40 mm时,承载力增加不明显;在加固层中配筋可以较大的提高承载力,相比与普通箍筋,采用螺旋箍筋能较大地提升加固柱承载力和变形能力.最后,进行了6根UHPC加固柱试验,提出UHPC加固柱承载力计算公式与试验结果吻合较好,为相关工程应用提供理论参考.Ultra-high performance concrete( UHPC) is a kind of structural material with ultra-high strength,extremely low porosity and excellent durability,which has a wide application prospect. Firstly,the axial compression performance of 10 UHPC strengthened reinforced concrete columns was analyzed, and the influence of concrete strength and strengthening method on the compressive performance was studied. The simulated ultimate load values of 6 columns are in good agreement with the experimental values. The bearing capacity of the column increases with the increase of the concrete strength of the column when the thickness of the UHPC layer is the same. With the same strengthening area,the bearing capacity of circular section and square section has little difference. The bearing capacity increases with the increase of the thickness of the UHPC layer. When the thickness of the UHPC layer is 40mm,the bearing capacity does not increase significantly. The reinforcement in the strengthening layer can greatly improve the bearing capacity. Compared with the common stirrup,the spiral stirrup can improve the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the strengthening column. 6 UHPC strengthened reinforced columns were made for supplementary tests. Finally,6 UHPC strengthening column tests were carried out,and the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of UHPC strengthened column was proposed to be in good agreement with the test results,which provided theoretical reference for related engineering applications.
