摘 要:采用正交的试验设计方法,分析了4个因素(水胶比、硅灰掺量、粉煤灰掺量、钢纤维掺量)在标准养护条件下对喷射混凝土基体抗压强度的影响,确定了最佳的基体配合比,并通过极差与方差分析方法结合得出影响喷射混凝土强度的主次因素分别为:水胶比>钢纤维掺量>粉煤灰掺量>硅灰掺量.本研究开发出高性能喷射混凝土,大大提高了现有喷射混凝土的强度,为后续喷射混凝土强度方面的研究奠定了基础.The effect of four factors( water-cement ratio,silica fume admixture,fly ash admixture,and steel fiber admixture) on the compressive strength of the shotcrete matrix under standard curing conditions was analyzed by using orthogonal experimental design method to determine the best matrix ratio. The effect of each factor on the strength of sprayed concrete was analyzed by the range analysis and ANOVA methods,and the degree of influence of each factor on the strength of sprayed concrete was in the order of water-cement ratio,steel fiber dosing,fly ash dosing,and silica fume dosing. In this study,high performance shotcrete was developed,which greatly improved the strength of existing shotcrete and laid the foundation for subsequent research on the strength of shotcrete.
