摘　　要：针对大学生职业生涯发展教育“本土化”指导理论供给不足的问题,在梳理广义的西方职业生涯发展教育理论嬗变的基础上,立足中国国情、中国文化,结合中国大学生职业生涯发展实际,突破现有以个体职业指导为核心的静态职业规划的思维定式,从逻辑起点、核心使命、价值主线、本质内涵、基本方略、时代课题、评价指标等方面出发,构建具有中国特色、世界水平的现代化职业生涯发展教育理论体系,以期为我国高校职业生涯发展教育提供创新性理论指导。To the insufficient supply of“localization”guiding theory to college students’career development education,reviewing the evolution of the generalized western career development education theory,on the basis of the transformation based on China’s national conditions,Chinese culture,combining the reality of Chinese college students’career development,the study breaks through the existing mindsets of the static career planning that is centered on individual career guidance.From the logic starting point,the core mission,the main line of value,the essential connotation,the basic strategy,the topic of the current time,the evaluation index and so on,the study constructs a modern career development education theory system with Chinese characteristics and the world level to provide innovative theoretical guidance for the career development education of colleges and universities in China.
