摘　　要：文章旨在通过典型案例分析李瑞教授治疗心悸的针灸临床经验。李瑞教授认为,心悸病症,其病位虽在心,然究其病因,五脏功能失调皆可导致。因而强调临证时,必当明辨病因,以辨证为依据,从整体出发,以人之血气、正气为本,随证施以针对性治疗,而不囿于以固定的一穴一方治一证之窠臼,每获奇效。This article aims to analyze Professor LI Rui's clinical experience of acupuncture in treating palpitations through a typical clinical case.Professor LI Rui believes that although the location of palpitations is in the heart,it can be caused by the dysfunction of the five Zang(五脏)viscera.Therefore,during treatment practice,the causes of disease must be identified,based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs,starting from the whole,based on the vital Qi(气)of the person,targeted treatments should be applied according to the syndrome,instead of being confined to a fixed acupuncture treatment prescription,which achieves miraculous effects.
