基于中医治未病的高血压病防治研究进展

摘　　要：高血压病是多种因素综合作用的慢性疾病,具有发病率高、致残率高、致死率高的临床特点,对人们的身体健康和生活质量产生严重影响,因此积极做好疾病的预防和治疗,具有十分重要的临床意义。中医治未病思想代表着中医理论“整体论治、天人合一”的特色和精髓,其“未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变、瘥后防复”的核心理念适用于现代慢性疾病的防治与管理当中。在治未病思想的指导下,中药、中医适宜技术、生活方式干预等具体方法的应用在高血压病的防治中发挥着巨大的优势,有助于减少和延缓疾病的发生和发展。基于此,文章就近年来对于慢性病—高血压病的中医治未病思想防治研究进展进行如下综述。Hypertension is a chronic disease with multiple factors,which has the clinical characteristics of high morbidity,high disability rate and high mortality rate,and seriously affects people's health and quality of life.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to actively prevent and treat the disease.The thought of“Preventive Treatment of Disease”represents the characteristic and essence of"holistic treatment and the unity of man and nature"in TCM theory,its core idea of"prevention before disease,intervention in the bud of disease,prevention after disease,prevention after relapse"is applicable to the prevention and management of modern chronic diseases.Under the guidance of preventive treatment,the application of Chinese medicine,appropriate technology,life intervention and other specific methods play a huge advantage in the prevention and treatment of hypertension,which helps to reduce and delay the occurrence and development of the disease.Based on this,this paper reviews the research progress of prevention and treatment of chronic disease hypertension in recent years.
