摘  要:目的:探析中药促愈生肌汤联合置管冲洗引流在肛周脓肿中的应用。方法:选择2018年9月-2020年12月,收治的50例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(25例,接受中药促愈生肌汤联合置管冲洗引流治疗)和对照组(25例,接受置管冲洗引流治疗)。结果:对比两组患者的创面愈合情况、VAS评分、创面缩小率,与对照组相对比,观察组所需瘙痒消失时间、腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮出现时间、总住院时间更短,经治疗后的VAS评分更低,治疗后第7天、第14天、第21天的创面缩小率更大,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用中药促愈生肌汤联合置管冲洗引流治疗方式对肛周脓肿患者进行救治,可有效控制其病情发展进程,能改善疼痛、脓肿等典型病症,对促进患者脓肿处创面的愈合、提升预后等均有重要作用。Objective:To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine Cuyu Shengji decoction(中药促愈生肌汤)combined with catheter irrigation and drainage in perianal abscess.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2020,50 patients with perianal abscess were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group(25 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Cuyu Shengji decoction combined with catheter irrigation and drainage)and the control group(25 cases were treated with catheter irrigation and drainage).Results:The wound healing,VAS score and wound reduction rate of the two groups were compared.Compared with the control group,the observation group required shorter itch disappearance time,carrion shedding time,new epithelium appearance time and total hospital stay,lower VAS score after treatment,and greater wound reduction rate on the 7th,14th and 21st days after treatment.There was significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating perianal abscess,the application of traditional Chinese medicine Cuyu Shengji decoction combined with catheter irrigation and drainage can effectively control the progression of the disease,relieve the pain,abscess and other typical symptoms,and play an important role in promoting the healing of the abscess wound and improving the prognosis.
