济南市历下区大气颗粒物污染防控分析

摘　　要：随着我国城市化、工业化和区域经济一体化进程的加快,以PM_(2.5)为代表的雾霾污染严重影响人们的工作和生活,亟须对大气中颗粒物的污染进行防控分析。文章以济南市中心城区——历下区为例,通过数据分析、源解析以及模拟等手段,确定了影响空气中颗粒物的主要因素,探讨了改善空气中颗粒物的城市管理措施。认为推进能源结构、产业结构、交通运输结构调整,严格管控PM_(10)和PM_(2.5),加大重点时段、重点区域、重点污染源的减排力度,是实现中心城区环境空气中颗粒物持续改善的有效措施。With the acceleration of China's urbanization,industrialization and regional economic integration process,the haze pollution represented by PM_(2.5) seriously affects people's work and life,and it is urgent to analyze the prevention and control of air particulate pollution.Taking Lixia District in the urban central area of Jinan City as an example,this paper analyzed the main factors affecting air particulate matter through data analysis,source analysis and simulation,and discussed the urban management measures of improving air particulate matter.To promote the adjustment of the energy structure,industrial structure and transportation structure,strictly controlling PM_(10) and PM_(2.5),and strengthening the emission reduction of key time periods,key areas and key pollution sources,are effective measures to achieve sustained improvement of a particulate matter in urban central areas.
