摘　　要：目的:采用Excel、SPSS 23和SPSS Modeler 14.1,分析挖掘马文辉教授治疗痛风的用药经验。方法:收集2018年2月-2019年8月在山西中医药大学附属医院马文辉教授门诊就诊的痛风患者的信息,进行性别年龄的分析、四气五味及药物功效的分析、药物的频次分析、复杂网络分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果:收集处方205例,总共205人次,男女比例为11∶1;涉及药物119味,频次最高的药物为车前子、丝瓜络、忍冬藤、土茯苓;四气以寒性药物为主,五味以苦味药物为主,其中清热药、祛风湿药、利水渗湿药为使用频率最高的三类药物;关联规则分析中,频次最高的组合为“丝瓜络、车前子”“忍冬藤、车前子”“土茯苓、车前子”;聚类分析中得出8组新方,根据以上总结出经验方白头翁浊痹汤。结论:马文辉认为痛风属于“浊毒”为患,治疗上坚持辨病与辨证相结合,治则为清热祛湿、利尿通络、泄浊化瘀。Objective:Excel,SPSS 23 and SPSS Modeler 14.1 were used to analyze and explore Professor MA Wenhui’s experience in the treatment of gout.Methods:Information of gout patients who visited Professor MA Wenhui’s clinic in Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to August 2019 was collected and analyzed,including gender and age,four Qi(气)and five flavors and drug efficacy,drug frequency analysis,complex network analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 205 prescriptions were collected,with a male to female ratio of 11 to 1.A total of 119 drugs were involved,and the most frequent drugs were Cheqianzi(Semen plantaginis),Sigualuo(Retinervus luffae fructus),Rendongteng(Caulis lonicerae),Tufuling(Rhizoma smilacis glabrae).The four Qi drugs were mainly cold drugs,and the five flavor drugs were bitter drugs,among which heat-clearing drugs,wind-dampening drugs and hydrolyzing drugs were the three drugs with the highest frequency of use.In association rule analysis,the combinations with the highest frequency were“Sigualuo,Cheqianzi”,“Rendongteng,Cheqianzi”,“Tufuling,Cheqianzi”.The cluster analysis obtained 8 groups of new prescriptions,according to the above,the experience prescription of the Baitouweng Zhuobi decoction(白头翁浊痹汤)was gained.Conclusion:MA Wenhui believes that gout belongs to“turbid poison”,and insists on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in the treatment,which includes clearing heat and removing dampness,diuresis and collaterals,removing turbid and removing stasis.
