摘 要:目的:比较宣肺退热汤中薄荷挥发油在不同煎煮条件下受到的影响,实现宣肺退热汤的煎煮工艺优化。方法:以宣肺退热汤中薄荷挥发油含量为研究指标,应用正交试验改良宣肺退热汤煎煮工艺。结果:煎煮时间和浸泡时间对宣肺退热汤中的薄荷挥发油的含量影响明显。结论:在正常大气压下浸泡薄荷20 min,然后在100℃药液中加入薄荷煎煮10 min是宣肺退热汤中薄荷的最优煎煮方法。Objective:To evaluate the effect of different decoction technologies on the volatile oil of herba menthae in the Xuanfei Tuire decoction(宣肺退热汤),and to establish the best decoction technology.Methods:Taking the content of volatile oil of herba menthae in the Xuanfei Tuire decoction as the research index,the decoction process of the Xuanfei Tuire decoction was improved by orthogonal test.Results:The decoction time and soaking time have obvious effects on the content of volatile oil of herba menthae in the Xuanfei Tuire decoction.Conclusion:The optimal condition to prepare decoction of volatile oil from herba menthae in the Xuanfei Tuire decoction was soaking for 20 minutes,and then decocting 10 minutes at 100℃in the normal atmospheric pressure.
