摘　　要：神经性皮炎是皮肤科常见的疾病之一,主要表现为皮肤苔藓样改变及剧烈瘙痒,多数伴随着情志的改变。赵立新教授临床经验丰富,注重辨证论治,在临床上采用铺棉灸结合针刺治疗神经性皮炎疗效显著,为神经性皮炎的诊疗提供了新的思路。Neurodermatitis is one of the common diseases in dermatology,mainly manifested as lichen-like changes and severe itching of skin,mostly accompanied by emotional changes.Professor ZHAO Lixin has rich clinical experience and pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment.In clinical practice,cotton-covered moxibustion plus acupuncture has a significant effect on neurodermatitis,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodermatitis.
