摘　　要：斑秃是一种临床常见的炎症性非瘢痕性脱发,属于中医“油风”范畴,历代医家对油风的病因病机各有论述,莫衷一是。门九章教授主张斑秃病发于内,主要与肝脾有关,临床治疗从肝脾论治,以脾为主,关键在于采用联合方组且小剂量、长期服药的煎服方法,方精药简,疗效显著。Alopecia areata is a common clinical inflammatory non-cicatricial alopecia,which is equivalent to the“You Feng”(油风)in TCM.Doctors of past dynasties have different understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of alopecia areata.Professor MEN Jiuzhang believes that this disease is mainly related to the liver and spleen,clinical treatment is based on the liver and spleen,and mainly from the aspect of spleen.The key is to use the combination of prescription groups,and the method of small doses and long-term medication.The prescription is simple,and the curative effect is remarkable.
