摘　　要：介绍郑瑞君教授从“瘀”论治输卵管炎性不孕症的临床经验。郑瑞君教授认为“瘀”是输卵管炎性不孕的关键病理因素,病位在胞脉,“瘀阻胞脉”是主要的病因病机,以“破血消癥,活血通络”为原则,自拟通管方,临床效果显著。This paper introduces Professor ZHENG Ruijun’s clinical experience in treating tubal inflammatory infertility from“stasis”.Professor ZHENG Ruijun believes that“stasis”is the key pathological factor of tubal inflammatory infertility,and the disease is located in the cellular vein,and“stasis”is the main etiology and pathogenesis.Based on the principle of“breaking blood and eliminating disease,promoting blood circulation and dredging collateralization”,the professor has designed the Tongguan prescription(通管方),which has significant clinical effect.
