摘 要:目的基于UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS技术比较3种蒿属植物化学成分的差异。方法3种蒿属植物75%甲醇提取物分析采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1 mm×150 mm);流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈,梯度洗脱;柱温40℃,电喷雾离子源在正负离子模式下交替扫描对色谱流出物进行质谱检测,利用相关文献及二级质谱信息对各植物中化合物进行鉴别。结果茵陈中共检测出32种化学成分,艾叶中共检测出36种化学成分,藏龙蒿中共检测出33种化学成分,包括黄酮、有机酸、香豆素类成分。结论本试验利用UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS法对3种蒿属植物中的化学成分进行鉴别与区分,为蒿属植物的开发与利用奠定了基础。Objective To compare the chemical conponents in Artemisiae scopariae herba,Artemisiae argyi folium and Artemisia waltonii by UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS.Methods Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18) column(1.7μm,2.1 mm×150 mm)was used to analyze 75%methanol extracts of the three Artemisia plants at 40℃,the mobile phase was comprised of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile in the gradient elution.The electrospray ion source alternately scanned the chromatographic effluent in the positive and negative ion mode for mass detection.Relevant literatures and MS/MS information were used to identify compounds in various plants.Results Totally 32 chemical constituents were identified in Artemisiae scopariae herba;36 chemical constituents were detected in Artemisiae argyi folium;and 33 chemical constituents were found in Artemisia waltonii,including flavonoids,coumarins,and organic acids,etc.Conclusion UHPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS can identify and distinguish the chemical components in the three Artemisia plants,which lays a foundation for the development and utilization of Artemisia plants.
