摘 要:菟丝子作为传统补益肝肾类中药,在历代中药文献中常用于肾虚引起的各种生殖系统疾病。现代药理学研究表明,菟丝子中含有多种化学成分,主要有黄酮类、酚酸类、多糖类以及微量元素等,并具有广泛的药理作用,对于男女生殖系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统疾病具有良好的防治作用。本文对近些年来关于菟丝子化学成分与药理作用的研究进展进行概述,并从成分特有性、传统药效相关性、传统药性相关性、化学成分可测性等几个方面对菟丝子质量标志物进行预测分析,最终得出可将菟丝子中金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素等黄酮类成分,绿原酸等酚酸类成分以及多糖类成分作为菟丝子的质量标志物,为菟丝子今后的质量标准研究与开发提供参考。Cuscuta semen is a traditional Chinese medicinal material that nourishes the liver and kidneys.It is most often for reproductive system diseases caused by kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine books in many dynasties.Modern pharmacology shows that Cuscuta semen contains many chemical components,mainly flavonoids,phenolic acids,polysaccharides and some trace elements,with wide range of pharmacological effects and good prevention and treatment effects in male and female reproductive disorders,endocrine system diseases,and immune system diseases.This article summarized the research on the chemical compositions and pharmacological mechanism of Cuscuta semen in recent years from component specificity,correlation of traditional medicinal effects,correlation of traditional medicinal properties,and component measurability.It is concluded that flavonoids such as hyperoside,quercetin,kaempferol,and isorhamnetin,and phenolic acids such as chlorogenic acid and polysaccharides may serve as quality markers for Cuscuta semen.Prediction of the quality markers for Cuscuta semen provides references for future research and development of Cuscuta semen.
