摘　　要：内源性类固醇激素具有维持新陈代谢、调节性功能等多种生理作用。其种类较多,且相关标志物的精确定量在内分泌及相关代谢性疾病的筛查与诊断中具有重要意义。液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术因灵敏度高、特异性强、可同时检测多种物质等特点在临床类固醇激素检测领域显示极大潜力。尿液区别于其他复杂生物基质,具有无创收集、前处理简单、代谢产物丰度较高、24 h尿排泄浓度稳定等优势。相比于临床应用较为广泛的血清类固醇激素定量研究,尿液类固醇激素的临床定量研究正逐步展开,尚缺少整体性综述。本文简要综述了近年来尿液类固醇激素测定领域的LC-MS/MS技术及临床应用,旨在进一步揭示基于LC-MS/MS技术的尿液类固醇激素检测在临床研究中的意义。Endogenous steroid hormones have important functions such as maintaining the metabolism and regulating sexual functions.There are many types of endogenous steroid hormones,and the accurate quantification of related markers is important in the screening and diagnosis of endocrine and related metabolic diseases.Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)has shown great potential in clinical steroid hormone detection due to its high sensitivity,strong specificity,and the ability to detect multiple substances simultaneously.Urine is different from other complex biological substrates.It has unique advantages such as non-invasive collection,simple pre-processing,high concentration of metabolites,and stable 24-hour urine excretion concentration.Unlike the widely used quantitative study of blood steroid hormones in clinical practice,the clinical quantitative study of urine steroid hormones is lacking.This article briefly reviewed the clinical application of LC-MS/MS in urine steroid hormone determination in recent years,aiming to reveal the significance of urine steroid hormone detection by LC-MS/MS in clinical research.
