基　　金：基于TLRs/NF-kB信号通道探讨平胃胶囊联合PPI三联疗法治疗HP相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。

摘　　要：胃痞病因复杂,病机多变,病程缠绵,严重影响人们的生活质量。汪龙德主任医师在临证中经常强调三焦生理病理与胃痞的关系,认为三焦气机不畅、气化不利是胃痞的主要病机,并提出畅三焦化水湿法,广泛应用于临床,疗效显著,故总结如下。Gastric ruffian has complicated etiology,changeable pathogenesis and a lingering course,which seriously affects people's quality of life.WANG Longde,the Chief Physician,often emphasizes the relationship between the physiological pathology of Sanjiao(三焦)and gastric ruffian,he believes that the obstruction of Sanjiao gas and the unfavorable gasification are the main pathogenesis of gastric ruffian.He also proposes the method of regulating Sanjiao and removing dampness,which is widely used in clinical practice and has remarkable curative effect.Therefore,it is summarized as follows.
