摘　　要：月经疹是指与月经周期有关而发生的皮疹,是一种容易被忽视的女性损美性疾病,它也属于中医学“经行风疹”的范畴。段渠教授认为月经疹主要与冲任失调,肝气郁结,郁而成火或血不养肤所致,临床探索出内外结合的治疗思路,希望能为本病的临床治疗提供新的参考。Menstrual exanthema refers to the rash related to the menstrual cycle.It is a kind of easily neglected beauty damaging disease in women.It also belongs to the category of"menstrual rubella"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor DUAN Qu believes that the menstrual exanthema is mainly caused by the syndrome of disharmony,the stagnation of liver Qi(气),the fire caused by depression or the blood not nourishing skin,and explores the treatment idea of combining internal and external treatment,hoping to provide a new reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
