摘　　要：目的:近年来,我国肠易激综合征的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,主要患病人群为中青年。它在破坏患者身体健康的同时,也对患者的心理健康产生了诸多不良影响。而目前,西医尚无特效药物,行文旨在探求中医疗法在该病治疗中的优显作用。方法:笔者检索、阅读了近10年内的中医治疗肠易激综合征的相关文献,将其进行系统归纳、总结、提炼。结果:通过整理、分析发现,中医通过采用内治、外治、内外合治及与西医相结合等诸多方法,治疗肠易激综合征,临床疗效满意。结论:在日后临证中,充分发挥中医疗法在治疗肠易激综合征中的优势作用,为百姓健康服务。Objective:In recent years,the incidence of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)in China has been increasing year by year.The majority of patients are young and middle-aged.It not only destroys the patient's physical health,but also has many adverse effects on the patient's mental health.At present,there is no specific medicine in western medicine,the article aims to explore the role of TCM therapy in the treatment of this disease.Methods:The author searched and read the relevant literatures of TCM treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.The relevant literature was sorted out,summarized and refined systematically.Results:Through sorting and analysis,it is found that the clinical effect of TCM therapy is satisfactory in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome by adopting many methods such as internal treatment,external treatment,combined internal and external treatment and combination with western medicine.Conclusion:In the future clinical practice,the advantages of TCM therapy should be given full play to in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and provide health services for the people.
