摘　　要：情志病是临床的常见病及多发病,针刺治疗情志病疗效显著,但会受到患者心理因素的影响。文章总结近年来相关文献,分析了心理因素对针刺治疗情志病疗效的影响,并进一步探讨心理因素影响针刺疗效的可能原因,以期在情志病的针刺治疗中发挥心理因素的正向作用,提高临床疗效。Emotional disease is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic.Acupuncture treatment of emotional disease is effective,but it will be affected by the psychological factors of patients.This paper summarizes the relevant literature in recent years,analyzes the relationship between psychological factors and emotional disease,and the influence of psychological factors on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on emotional disease.This paper summarizes the relevant literature in recent years,analyzes the influence of psychological factors on the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of emotional diseases,and further discusses the possible reasons for the influence of psychological factors on the curative effect of acupuncture,so as to play a positive role of psychological factors in the treatment of emotional diseases and improve the clinical curative effect.
