摘　　要：黄元御是清代伤寒大家,其根据中医经典著作,在《四圣心源》中提出的“土枢四象、一气周流”的学说切中人体一气运行的本质。便秘病是一种常见病、多发病。文章结合笔者的临证体会,探讨黄元御对便秘病的认识及对临床辨证立法的指导意义。HUANG Yuanyu is a master of typhoid fever in Qing Dynasty(清代).According to the classical works of traditional Chinese medicine,HUANG Yuanyu puts forward the theory of"Four images of earth pivot and circulation of Qi"in Sisheng Xinyuan(《四圣心源》),which elucidates the essence of Qi circulation of human body.Constipation is a common and frequently occurring disease.Based on the author's clinical experience,this paper discusses HUANG Yuanyu's understanding of constipation and its guiding significance on the clinical syndrome differentiation.
