摘　　要：怀孕期间发高烧对于许多临床医生来说是个难题。因孕期是特殊、敏感的时期,很多医生多有顾忌,如稍一不慎怕影响到胎儿健康。西医一般会谨慎选择一些不良反应小的抗生素和一些解热镇痛剂对症处理,有时候效果明显,有时候效果却不尽人意。而此时中医药发挥了它的独特作用,辨证准确往往能起到意想不到的效果。近来运用“但见一证便是,不必悉具”这一思路治疗妊娠期高热病案一则,希望能对大家临床有所启示。High fever during pregnancy has been a difficult problem for many clinicians.Because pregnancy itself is a minefield of medication,many doctors have more scruples,even slight carelessness will easily affect the health of the fetus.Western medicine generally carefully choose antibiotics and some antipyretic analgesics,symptomatic treatment,sometimes it is of obvious effect,sometimes it is not satisfactory.Under this circumstance,Chinese medicine has played its unique role,accurate syndrome differentiation can often achieve an unexpected effect.Recently,the idea of"One syndrome is sufficient"is used to treat a case of high fever during pregnancy,with a prospect to enlighten the clinical practice.
