开窍醒神汤结合小脑电刺激用于脑瘫儿童康复治疗中的效果及对精细运动功能量表评分的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察开窍醒神汤结合小脑电刺激用于脑瘫儿童康复治疗中的效果及对精细运动功能量表评分的影响。方法:选取于2018年10月-2020年10月接收的脑瘫患儿160例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,各80例,对照组接受常规康复治疗+小脑电刺激模式,试验组在对照组的基础上行开窍醒神汤结合小脑电刺激治疗模式,对比两组治疗效果,治疗前、后患儿中医证候积分,精细运动功能评分情况。结果:治疗前,两组患儿中医证候积分,精细运动功能评分无显著差别,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组精细运动功能评分均明显增加,且试验组指标显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均下降,且观察组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窍醒神汤联合小脑电刺激治疗应用于脑瘫,可明显改善患儿精细运动功能,治疗效果显著,安全性好,多加推广应用,有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To observe the effect of kaiqiao Xingshen decoction(开窍醒神汤)combined with cerebellar electrical stimulation in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and the effect on the score of fine motor function scale.Methods:a total of 160 children with cerebral palsy received from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy+cerebellar electrical stimulation mode,a nd the experimental group received Kaiqiao Xingshen decoction combined with cerebellar electrical stimulation mode on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Scores of TCM symptoms and fine motor function before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and fine motor function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fine motor function scores in both groups were significantly increased,and the indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kaiqiao Xingshen decoction combined with cerebellar electrical stimulation in the treatment of cerebral palsy can significantly improve the fine motor function of children,with significant therapeutic effect and good safety.More popularization and application can help improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
