摘　　要：目的:乌梅丸为临床常见的治疗蛔厥代表方剂,为伤寒中厥阴经之祖方,现代也主要运用于寒热错杂各类疾病,但在心悸、胸痹、晕眩等常见的心系疾病中应用较少,笔者在临床实践及跟诊过程中所见乌梅丸治疗常见的心系疾病效果明显,通过临床跟诊及病房诊治,收集相关资料,从六经及脏腑等方面论述乌梅丸治疗寒热错杂型心系疾病的机理及相关的临证心得,并对经典依据、证候要点、加减应用及典型案例等加以阐述,以期对乌梅丸治疗寒热错杂型常见的心系疾病的治疗有所裨益。Wumei pill(乌梅丸)is a common representative prescription for treating Ascaris Jueyin(厥阴蛔厥)in clinic.It is the ancestor prescription of Jueyin meridian in treating typhoid fever.It is also frequently applied in treating various kinds of cold and heat mixed diseases in modern times.However,it is seldom applied in common heart diseases such as palpitation,chest obstruction and dizziness.In the process of clinical practice and follow-up,the author finds that Wumei pill has obvious effect in treating common heart diseases This paper discusses the mechanism and related clinical mixed type from the aspects of six meridians and viscera,and expounds the classic basis,syndrome experience of Wumei pill in the clinic.
