加味平肝降压汤结合硝苯地平缓释片对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并高血压病患者疗效及心功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探索加味平肝降压汤结合硝苯地平缓释片对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并高血压病患者疗效及心功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月衡阳市中医医院接收的140例老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并高血压病患者为研究对象,按照两组基础资料具有匹配性的原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组给予加味平肝降压汤结合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)水平高于对照组、左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Dimension,LVESD)、脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月及治疗后3个月,观察者相较于对照组舒张压和收缩压指标均显著降低,P<0.05。观察组心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:加味平肝降压汤结合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并高血压病患者可以提高临床疗效,改善心功能,降低血压。Objective:To explore the effect of Jiawei Pinggan Jiangya decoction(加味平肝降压汤)combined with Nifedipine sustained release tablets on the curative effect and cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods:140 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of matching basic data.The control group was treated with Nifedipine sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Pinggan Jiangya decoction combined with Nifedipine sustained release tablets,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the LVEF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LVESD,BNP and LVEDD levels in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At one month and three months after treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observer group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Pinggan Jiangya decoction combined with Nifedipine sustained release tablet can improve clinical efficacy,promote the heart function and reduce blood pressure in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.
