摘　　要：目的:介绍李庆海教授难治性高血压病的经验。李庆海教授认为本病基本病机以本虚标实较为常见,以气虚为本,痰瘀互结湿阻,浊邪上扰为标。在本虚方面,可以表现为阴阳气血亏虚,尤以气虚较为常见,标实往往以痰、瘀、湿三者同现,但因人禀赋不同、生活方式各异而各有所侧重。治疗上运用宣通温补法:开宣玄府,调畅气机;化痰祛瘀,疏通血脉;温阳化气,升清降浊,补气助血运行以控制难治性高血压病。This paper introduces Professor LI Qinghai's experience in treating refractory hypertension.It is considered that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is based on deficiency of Qi(气),dampness resistance of phlegm and blood stasis,and disturbance of turbid pathogen.As for asthenia in origin,it can be manifested as deficiency of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),Qi and blood,especially Qi deficiency is more common.Phlegm,blood stasis and dampness often coexist in asthenia in superficiality.However,due to different human endowments and different lifestyles,they have different emphases.In the treatment,Xuantong Wenbu therapy(宣通温补法)is used to open Xuanfu(玄府),regulate Qi mechanism;remove phlegm and blood stasis,dredge blood vessels;warm Yang to transform Qi,raise clear Qi and reduce turbidity,replenish Qi and help blood circulation to control refractory hypertension.
