摘　　要：回顾性总结文献资料,综述静脉导管相关静脉炎的中西医认识,包括中医药对静脉炎的认识及辨证论治思路、西医理论例如药物刺激因素、输液量和输液速度因素、护士操作因素等。列举了常用的中医药治疗方法、常用药物。帮助临床了解静脉炎中医药临床研究近况。This paper reviews the literature and summarizes the understanding of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on venous catheter-related phlebitis,including the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on phlebitis and the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment,western medicine theory,such as drug stimulation factors,infusion volume and infusion speed factors,nurse operation factors,etc..The commonly used TCM treatment methods and drugs are listed with a prospect of helping clinical understanding of phlebitis clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine.
