中医药治疗经断前后诸症进展探析

摘　　要：目的:文章对近年来中医药对经断前后诸症病因病机的认识以及治疗方法进行归纳总结,以期对经断前后诸症患者提供更加有效且安全的治疗措施。方法:以绝经前后诸症、更年期综合征、经断前后诸症等为关键词,通过中国知网及相关搜索引擎检索近5年来有关经断前后诸症相关文献。结果:通过阅读诸多相关文献后,认识到中医药治疗经断前后诸症疗效显著,且未发现不良反应。结论:中医药通过调节气血阴阳平衡,调理脏腑,扶正祛邪对经断前后诸症具有良好的临床疗效。Objective:To summarize the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of various diseases before and after menopause by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide more effective and safe treatment measures for patients with various diseases before and after menopause.Methods:Postmenopausal syndrome,menopausal syndrome and various diseases before and after menopause were used as key words and CNKI and related search engines were used to search the literatures related to various diseases before and after menopause in recent 5 years.Results:After reading a lot of relevant literature,it was found that TCM had a significant effect on the various diseases before and after menopause,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect on various diseases before and after menopause by regulating the balance of Qi(气),blood,Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),regulating the Zang-fu(脏腑)organs and removing pathogenic factors.
