藿香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效及对症状改善时间的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析对急性胃肠炎患者采用藿香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗所取得的效果以及对症状改善时间的影响。方法:选取40例急性胃肠炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗基础上使用藿香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗,比较两组患者接受不同方案治疗所取得的效果、各项临床症状改善时间及血清炎症因子水平[C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)]。结果:在接受不同方案治疗后,与对照组进行比较,观察组所获疗效明显更高(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状缓解时间明显更短(P<0.05);治疗前,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等指标差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等指标水平更低。结论:对急性胃肠炎患者采用藿香正气汤加减联合中药神阙穴贴敷治疗可以获得较好的效果,能够帮助患者快速缓解各项临床症状,减轻炎症反应,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of modified Huoxiang Zhengqi decoction(藿香正气汤加减)combined with Shenque acupoint(神阙穴)application on patients with acute gastroenteritis and the time of symptom improvement.Methods:40 patients with acute gastroenteritis were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Huoxiang Zhengqi decoction plus Shenque acupoint application on the basis of conventional western medicine.The effects of different treatment schemes,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the level of serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving different treatment schemes,compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in CRP,IL-6 and TNF between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Modified Huoxiang Zhengqi decoction plus Shenque acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve good results in the treatment of patients with acute gastroenteritis.It can help patients quickly alleviate various clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction,and has high clinical popularization value.
