摘　　要：目的:探讨红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)在过敏性紫癜(HSP)与紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿中的临床意义。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年5月在菏泽医专附属医院收治的63例HSP患儿为HSP组,32例HSPN患儿为HSPN组,以及同期在本院体检的80例健康儿童作为健康对照组。比较三组RDW-CV、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、IgA、IgM水平。结果:HSPN组和HSP组WBC、PLT、IgM水平均高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HSPN组和HSP组RDW-CV均高于健康对照组,且HSPN组高于HSP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HPSN组的RDW-CV水平最高,但RDW-CV在评估HSP患儿是否能进展为HSPN,这一方面仍有待进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation (RDW-CV) in patients with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura (HSP) and Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis (HSPN).Method:A total of 63 children with HSP admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the HSP group,32 children with HSPN were selected as the HSPN group,and 80 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of RDW-CV,hemoglobin (Hb),white blood cell count (WBC),platelet count (PLT),IgA,IgM levels were compared among three groups.Result:The levels of WBC,PLT and IgM in HSPN and HSP groups were higher than those in the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).RDW-CV in the HSPN and HSP groups were higher than that in the healthy control group,and that in the HSPN group was higher than that in the HSP group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of RDW-CV in HPSN group is the highest,but the role of RDW-CV in evaluating the progression of HSPN in HSP children remains to be further studied.
