基于护理质量敏感指标的新媒体闭环管理模式在经自然腔道内镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于护理质量敏感指标的新媒体闭环管理模式在经自然腔道内镜手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年6月就诊于佳木斯市中心医院的经自然腔道内镜手术患者169例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(80例)及观察组(89例)。对照组应用德尔菲法构建手术室护理质量敏感指标行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行新媒体闭环管理模式。比较两组感染相关并发症及手术相关情况。结果:观察组术后感染相关并发症(血流感染、导管相关尿路感染、肺部感染、术中低体温)发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、院内感染确诊时间、压力性损伤识别时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于护理质量敏感指标的新媒体闭环管理模式用于经自然腔道内镜手术可有效降低围手术期感染风险,缩短住院时长,有助于感染症状及压力性损伤的早期识别。Objective:To observe the effect of new media closed-loop management model based on nursing quality sensitive index in natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 169 patients with natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery who were admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group (80 cases) and observation group (89 cases).The control group was given Delphi method to construct sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the operating room for routine nursing,and the observation group was given new media closed-loop management mode on the basis of the control group.The infection related complications and operation related conditions were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative infection related complications (blood flow infection,catheter-related urinary tract infection,lung infection,intraoperative hypothermia) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05);the length of stay,the time of diagnosis of nosocomial infection and the time of identification of stress injury in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The new media closed-loop management model based on nursing quality sensitive index in natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the risk of perioperative infection and shorten the length of hospitalization,which is helpful to the early identification of infection symptoms and stress injury.
