摘　　要：桡骨小头骨折是一种常见的骨折,该类骨折后的常见并发症包括肘关节僵硬、不稳定及创伤后骨关节炎。因此准确的分型对指导临床诊治及预测预后具有重要意义。目前虽然有多种分型系统,但尚缺乏普遍认同,无法准确地用于临床。常用的Mason分型、AO/ASIF分型和Charalambous分型等分型系统均有较大的临床影响,却仍有一些缺陷,如区分度偏低、可信度较差等。近年来,桡骨小头骨折分型系统不断更新、改良,但也产生了一定疑惑,难以正确地认识和理解相关分型。本文对几种常用的桡骨小头骨折分型进行综述,探讨各分型系统的主要观点、优点与不足,以帮助临床医生更好地选择合适的分型系统,作出合理的诊疗方案,并展望未来新型桡骨小头骨折分型系统。Radial head fracture is a common fracture,common complications include elbow stiffness,instability and post-traumatic osteoarthritis.Therefore,accurate classification is of great significance in guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment and predicting prognosis.Although there are many types of typing systems,they are not widely accepted and can not be used in clinic accurately.The commonly used Mason classification,AO/ASIF classification and Charalambous classification have great clinical impact,but still have some defects,such as low differentiation and poor credibility.In recent years,the classification system of radial head fracture has been updated and improved,but some doubts have arisen and it is difficult to correctly recognize and understand the relevant classification.In this paper,several commonly used radial head fracture classification systems were reviewed,and the main viewpoints,advantages and disadvantages of each classification system were discussed,so as to help clinicians better choose the appropriate classification system,make a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan,and look into the future of new radial head fracture classification system.
