摘 要:基于分形理论,应用具有自仿射特性的接触点性质,对于传统M-B模型中微凸体的概念进行修正,推算了结合面法向接触刚度的数学表达式,建立了结合面各参数与法向接触刚度之间的关系。利用Matlab软件仿真并分析了结合面法向接触载荷、表面分形参数与法向接触刚度之间所呈现的图形关系。仿真结果表明:当结合面无量纲法向接触载荷F^(*)增大时,无量纲法向接触刚度呈非线性增长;当结合面分形维数D=1.1~1.9时,无量纲法向接触刚度也呈现出增长趋势;无量纲法向接触刚度会随着分形粗糙度的增大而减小。Based on the fractal theory,the concept of micro-convex body in the traditional MB model is modified using the self-affine characteristics of the contact spot,the mathematical expression of the normal contact stiffness of the joint surface is deduced,and the relationship between the parameters of the joint surface and normal contact stiffness are established.Matlab software was used to analyze and simulate the graphical relationship among the normal contact stiffness of the joint surface,the surface fractal parameters,and the normal contact load.The simulation results show that when the dimensionless normal contact load of the joint surface increases,the dimensionless normal contact stiffness increases nonlinearly;when the fractal dimension D of the joint surface is taken 1.1~1.9,the dimensionless normal contact stiffness also shows an increasing trend;the standard normal contact stiffness decreases with the increase of the fractal roughness.
