摘　　要：壮医学对脾病的治疗拥有独到的优势和特点,是目前中医学在脾病方面研究的重点。文章从生理机能与生理特性、治法治则、理论基础三个方面来了解壮医与中医对脾脏的认识的异同,以挖掘更优的脾类疾病的治法,让更多人了解到中医与壮医的差异,为临床推广壮医治疗脾病提供更好的理论基础,对中医与壮医的发展具有重要的理论意义与实际价值。Zhuang medicine has unique advantages and characteristics in the treatment of spleen disease, which is the focus of current research on spleen disease in TCM. In this article, the similarities and differences in the understanding of the spleen in Zhuang medicine and TCM were explored from three aspects of physiological function and characteristics, treatment principles, and theoretical basis, in order to explore better treatment methods of spleen diseases, make more people understand the difference between TCM and Zhuang medicine, and provide a better theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of Zhuang medicine on spleen diseases. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the development of TCM and Zhuang medicine.
