神术散辨治湿困脾胃证的临床应用研究

摘　　要：湿邪致病常易伤及脾胃而出现湿困脾胃证。清代医家程国彭(字钟龄)的《医学心悟》卷三记载的神术散,具有健脾燥湿、行气和中、解表安本之功,对于内外湿邪合而致病的湿困脾胃证最宜。因此,文章对湿困脾胃证、神术散方证释义进行阐述,并例举两则临床运用神术散辨治湿困脾胃证的典型验案,旨在拓宽神术散的临床运用,并为神术散的进一步研究提供理论基础。Dampness pathogen often injures the spleen and stomach,resulting in the dampness trapping spleen and stomach syndrome.Shenzhu San(神术散)recorded in volume 3 of Yixue Xinwu(《医学心悟》)written by CHENG Zhongling,a physician in Qing dynasty,not only has the functions of invigorating the spleen to eliminate dampness and promoting the circulation of Qi(气)in middle energizer,but also can resolve exterior disorder and cultivate vitality.It is most suitable for treating the dampness trapping spleen and stomach syndrome caused by the combination of internal and external dampness.Therefore,the interpretation of the dampness trapping spleen and stomach syndrome and Shenzhu San syndrome was expounded in this paper,and two typical cases of treating the dampness trapping spleen and stomach syndrome with Shenzhu San was given to broaden the clinical application of Shenzhu San and provide a theoretical basis for its further study.
