补脾益肺汤调控联合脐针治疗压力性尿失禁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月临沂市中心医院妇科及康复医学科盆底康复中心就诊的患有压力性尿失禁的70例女性患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例,治疗组给予中药补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗,对照组给予生物反馈治疗联合凯格尔运动康复锻炼,3周为一个疗程,共8个疗程,比较两组国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(International Consultationon Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form,ICIQ-SF)评分、1 h尿垫试验漏尿量评分及中医临床证候、中医单项症状疗效及治疗前后盆底表面肌电值差异,以评估两组疗效的差异。结果:治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ICIQ-SF评分均显著降低,且治疗组ICIQ-SF评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组1 h尿垫试验漏尿量评分及中医证候评分均显著降低,且治疗组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组盆底表面肌电值均增加,且治疗组水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药补脾益肺汤联合脐针治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Bupi Yifei decoction(补脾益肺汤)plus umbilical acupuncture on stress urinary incontinence.Methods:Seventy cases from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Bupi Yifei decoction plus umbilical acupuncture,and the control group was given biofeedback treatment plus Kegel rehabilitation exercise.A course of treatment was lasted for 3 weeks,with a total of 8 courses.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ICIQ-SF score in the two groups were both significantly decreased,and in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The urine leakage score of the 1-hour urine pad test and TCM syndrome score in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor surface EMG levels in both groups were increased,and its level in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bupi Yifei decoction plus umbilical acupuncture shows a good clinical effect on female stress urinary incontinence.
