摘　　要：“杨氏针灸”传承至今已有百年历史,它基于对《黄帝内经》刺法的研究,提出“顽痹痛疾,久病必癖”,并创立了“絮刺火罐”疗法以活血化癖。其第三代传人杨容老师采用“絮刺火罐”治疗周围性面瘫后遗症,疗效显著,并有自己的独到经验。文章根据杨容老师的临床医案,浅析周围性面瘫后遗症的诊治经验。“Yang’s acupuncture”has been inherited for a hundred years.Based on the research experience of acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),it proposes that“intractable localized pain may turn into a lump over time”,and it has created the therapy of“flocculant thorn cupping”to activate blood circulation.The third-generation descendant,YANG Rong,has gained a remarkable curative effect in treating the sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis by“flocculant thorn cupping”,and has her own unique experience.In this article,Ms.YANG Rong’s experience of diagnosis and treatment of the sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis was analyzed based on clinical cases.
