摘　　要：高血压病是严重影响人群健康的高发心血管疾病之一,《中国心血管健康与疾病报告2019》显示,我国高血压病患病人数已达2.45亿。其危险因素较多,具有个体化差异显著的特点。相关文献表明,痰湿体质是原发性高血压病发生的重要体质类型。因此,文章从高血压病与中医痰湿体质相关研究为研究目标展开论述,为更好地将中医运用到防控高血压病提供理论指导。Hypertension is one of the high-incidence cardiovascular diseases that seriously affects the health of the population.According to Report On Cardiovascular Health And Diseases In China 2019,the number of hypertension patients in China has reached 245 million.There are many risk factors which characterized by individual differences triggering hypertension.Some relevant literature shows that phlegm-dampness constitution is an important constitution type caused the occurrence of essential hypertension.Therefore,this article discusses the researches on the relationship between hypertension and phlegm-dampness constitution,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for better application of TCM in preventing and treating hypertension.
